Coaching

Good time management has nothing to do with knowledge, but with habits. This is why I consider my task as a coach to
- Motivate with cheerfulness and new perspectives
- Accompany regularly and based on specific, recently experienced situations
- Nudge with observations and impulses for change
Personal Coaching: Time Management
Why?
You feel that you work all day, but still feel you never get enough done? You feel stressed and overwhelmed, be it in you job or your personal life? You want to achieve a lot and at the same time enjoy life?
In our everyday life we are exposed to growing requirements and are overloaded with information. We should counteract those pressures with conscious management of our own time and wellbeing, thereby achieving better results that let us stand out from the crowd.
For Whom?
Time-management coaching is for everyone who works in a self-organized way, in the professional or private domain. My personal background includes science, IT/software development and management.
Team Coaching: Interaction and Collaboration
Why?
A team can achieve more than each member alone. But is that always true? I have seen teams where I felt each member could have achieved more on their own than together, for example because everybody seems to be working on the same topics, or because the team spends more time planning than actually working.
The result is often a kind of collecitve burnout. Valuable resources are wasted for disappointing results, and the situation is a burden for the individuals in the team. Everyone knows that they could accomplish much more, but somehow everyone seems to be standing in everyone's way.
For whom?
I am myself a computer scientist and therefore I am most familiar with the IT world and software development. This is why this coaching is primarily intended for IT teams. But it can be adapted to other domains. Just contact me and we can figure out whether I can help.
